Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club’s par-71, 6,839-yard Ghost Creek layout was crafted by Bob Cupp in the “old” style, leaving the Portland wetlands terrain completely natural. This Portland public golf course is subtle and cunning, featuring a variety of distinct and equally memorable holes framed by lush stands of trees, dramatic mountain vistas, and ragged wetlands. The phantom Ghost Creek materializes throughout the golf course, adding to the layout’s stunning beauty. Just one year after its unveiling, Ghost Creek's formidable golf tournament capabilities were put to the test when the Portland golf course served as home to the 1993 NIKE TOUR Championship, where David Duval came back from a double bogey on the par-4 ninth hole to win the golf tournament. Ghost Creek’s beautiful modern clubhouse serves as a welcoming focal point for dining and special events, featuring lovely understated décor, comfortable furnishings, and some of the best casual dining in the area. Numerous windows afford stunning views of our spectacular golf course, creating a memorable setting for relaxing after a game of golf or hosting unforgettable social gatherings. EVENTS! Replace the traditional board meeting with an exhilarating round of golf on our magnificent Bob Cupp-designed championship layout; the usual coffee break with a lesson at the practice facility, a perfect venue for inspiring team-building and forging lasting business relationships. A note from Newbury Park High School Dance Team Boosters: Welcome to the silent auction site for the 2022 Newbury Park High School Golf Tournament fundraiser for our team! We are excited to announce our first of many annual golf tournaments to support our team, and we appreciate all in the community who have or will donate items to our silent and live auction at the tournament, as well as those bidding here on the site! In addition to the sizable investments our parents have made to the team, we will utilize the proceeds from the golf tournament to further enhance the dance team's capabilities and further develop the members! We greatly appreciate all of the support and look forward to a great event and some amazing silent and live auction items for our golfers and on-line supporters as well! Please do note that we do have to collect sales tax on items at the Ventura County Tax rate of 7.25%, which may be tax deductible as well, but please consult your tax advisor.
Item delivery: Once the on-line auction closes at 2:00pm, and we transition to a silent auction at the golf course, we will plan to shut the paper bids at 4:00pm, and transition some of the auction items over to a live auction to try to raise a few more dollars for the team! Once the final bids are in, our organizers will make updates to this website, and our website will send out invoices that you can pay on your phone.
